Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Capital Data Analyst to support a critical National Security program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing workforce data, building data visualizations, and providing analytic support for various human capital initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis tools, the ability to communicate findings clearly, and a strong background in workforce analytics.
Bachelor's degree and 18+ years of experience, a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience, or no degree with 24+ years of experience. Requires BA/BS and 8+ years of experience supporting data management, data governance, data integration, or enterprise data environments; or no degree and 12+ years of relevant experience. TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required. Prior experience in data analysis within the Intelligence Community (IC). Strong ability to communicate technical or analytical findings in an easily understandable format through graphic, written, and verbal means.
Experience with Cognos for reporting and dashboarding. Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. Familiarity with additional tools such as VBA, R, SPSS, SAS, LimeSurvey, Personal Operations Portal (POPS), PD Library, and Lawson. Experience in workforce analytics and workforce planning, particularly in the context of human capital management and strategy.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and relational database management is required.
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
