Duininck Inc. is seeking a seasonal, full-time roller operator to support infrastructure projects across Texas and Oklahoma.

The role involves operating a roller to prepare surfaces for highways, runways, and concrete works at Randolph Air Force Base, with security clearance required. • Ability to read grade stakes and work with grade checkers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates roller to compact dirt, aggregate, or blacktop.
• Reads grade stakes and uses GPS/laser guidance to maintain grade.
• Controls speed and direction based on material and surface.
• Collaborates with crew using hand signals to coordinate work.
• Performs daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Keeps equipment clean and ready for transport when needed.
• Travel is required to project sites.
