Duininck Texas seeks a seasonal, full-time roller operator to support infrastructure projects at Randolph AFB. You will work outdoors in varying weather, travel as needed, and adhere to safety protocols to deliver precise grading and smooth surfaces.

Qualifications

• Operate roller to compact dirt, aggregate, or asphalt to spec.
• Read grade stakes and use grade tools to maintain grade.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Communicate with crew to coordinate tasks and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates roller to compress material to specified grade/surface.
• Reads grade stakes; uses laser/GPS as needed to maintain grade.
• Adjusts speed/direction for smooth grade; coordinates with crew.
• Performs daily equipment checks and maintenance; reports issues.
