Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a Requirements Manager to support the U.S. Air Force/Space team at Eglin AFB.

The role focuses on gathering, documenting, analyzing, and managing requirements throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. The candidate will collaborate with clients, users, and development teams, maintain cross-functional communication, and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; 2 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• 2+ years direct/related experience
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, project management principles, and relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand stakeholder needs via interviews, surveys, and workshops.
• Create clear requirement specifications serving as a bridge between client and development team.
• Track and manage requirements through the full development lifecycle and communicate changes.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and development team to prevent misunderstandings.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and accountability.
