Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Requirements Analyst to support Federal Government and Intelligence Community customers by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting IT requirements.

You will act as a bridge between customers and implementation teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and properly aligned with program objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders while supporting complex IT

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• 2 years of experience in requirements gathering for Federal Government or IC.
• Bachelor's degree OR 5 years of additional relevant experience substituted for degree.
• Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracking technical or operational requirements.
• Ability to evaluate requirements for completeness, clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and implementation organizations.
• Interface with IT professionals to support production, storage, and dissemination of information related to software and hardware.
• Record and track requirements using approved systems (Remedy, SM7).
• Review requirements for clarity and completeness; resolve conflicts with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirement procedures and related documentation.
• Prepare and deliver statistical data and status reviews for requirements.
