Solution One Industries in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management Program supporting Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command operations. You will drive QA/QC, ensure DoD compliance, and run audits.

Responsibilities include developing policies, managing KPIs, CAPA, and coordinating with logistics and maintenance teams to sustain mission readiness and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have DoD logistics experience, a related degree, and leadership history;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Quality Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of quality management, quality assurance, or related logistics roles.
• 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with DoD, military, government, or healthcare logistics preferred.
• Experience with DMLSS, HIMS, or other military logistics systems preferred.
• Current valid driver's license; ability to obtain security clearances.
• Professional quality certifications such as CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or ASQ-style QMS frameworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and QA program.
• Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee quality control inspections, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Direct CAPA, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Interface with government quality representatives and manage audits.
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory, maintenance, and production teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
