Job summary

Solution One Industries in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the QMS for warehouse, logistics, maintenance, inventory, and production operations in support of the Navy EXMED mission. You will ensure compliance with DoD regulations, Navy directives, and contractual requirements while overseeing audits and CAPA activities.

This role partners with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, manage KPIs, mentor staff, and sustain mission readiness through robust QMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Quality Management or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in quality management, quality assurance, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with DoD, military, government or healthcare logistics preferred.
• Experience with DMLSS, HIMS, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Assurance Program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and performance standards.
• Oversee quality control inspections, audits, surveillance, and compliance assessments across logistics operations.
• Analyze operational trends and metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Establish and report KPIs to leadership and government stakeholders.
• Direct root cause analyses, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
