Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: GS-09 requires at least one year at GS-07 level or equivalent.
• Specialized Experience: GS-11 requires at least one year at GS-09 level or equivalent.
• Specialized Experience: GS-12 requires at least one year at GS-11 level or equivalent.
• Education substitutions allowed: 2 years grad education for GS-09; 3 years for GS-11; no substitution at GS-12.

Responsibilities

• Plans, advises, consults, develops and implements programs, actions, studies and projects to solve complex property problems.
• Provides guidance to contractors and Government commands on property regulations.
• Reviews and evaluates contractor property management procedures for currency and adequacy.
• Schedules, visits, and performs property management system analysis required by regulation.
