Responsibilities

• Oversees manual inventory and data entry to the property database of record ensuring discrepancies are corrected and asset records are accurate.
• Control and document assets through the life cycle of receiving, barcoding, tracking movement of assets and disposition of assigned equipment/material.
• Document moves and update/track movement of assets between facilities.
• Run reports to assess and maintain consumable stock levels completing equipment reorders as required.
• Manage equipment movement between facilities.
• Performs full spectrum of duties related to shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
