Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-12.
• Experience in property administration for multiple contracts, property accountability, property audits, and developing plans for total property management program assessments.
• Acquisition certification in the Contracting Functional Area within 36 months of entry; DAWIA contracting requirements.
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for contract property management oversight and guidance.
• Assigns work to team members based on priorities with supervisor input.
• Communicate the organization's mission, vision and values to the team and align plans and work products accordingly.
• Coach team members in problem solving techniques and effective work methods.
• Researches and applies qualitative and quantitative methods to improve team effectiveness and outputs.
