The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Gov Property experience, familiarity with PIEE and DCMA, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and DCMA is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Government Property.
• Knowledge of PIEE System and experience working with DCMA.
• Experience responding to property audits and PMSAs.
• Excellent organizational, record keeping skills and attention to detail.
• This position requires the ability to obtain (or maintain) a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Maintains property accountability from acquisition to final disposition.
• Administers contract provisions for property obligations and disposal.
• Assists in audits, documentation, and investigations of lost or damaged property.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to administer Government Property per DCMA and FAR.
• Uses ERP system to manage and report property information.
• Verifies property records reflect inventory and servicing requirements.
• Handles basic property activities at contract completion.
• Prepares reports for government audits and inspections.
