Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking a Project Manager for a CSA Global LLC program in Millington, TN. The role will drive project planning, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure program success on federal defense initiatives.

The candidate should possess an active Secret Clearance and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a track record of at least 10 years in project management and related disciplines. PMP certification may be required for certain task orders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, physical science, business, or math.
• 10 years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Organizational Management, and Business Process Improvement.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification may be required at the task order level.

Responsibilities

• Manages, plans, and coordinates activities of projects to meet goals within time and funding.
• Reviews project proposals to determine time frames, funding, procedures, staffing, and resource allotment.
• Establishes work plans and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase and assigns personnel.
• Confers with staff to outline work plans, assign duties and scope of authority.
• May manage sub-contractors and their workforce.
• Directs project personnel to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews status reports and updates schedules as required.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
• Confers with personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• May supervise Project Supervisors/leaders on larger programs.
