Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, physical science, business, or math.
• 15 years of experience in strategic decision making, communications, complex problem solving, and design and implementation of business processes and controls.
• PMI PMP certification may be required at the task order level.

Responsibilities

• Manages programs to ensure implementation and activities meet objectives.
• Plans and develops methods for implementing programs; directs and coordinates program activities.
• Selects personnel based on knowledge and experience relevant to program areas.
• Confers with staff to explain programs and responsibilities for functions and phases.
• Directs and coordinates activities with subordinate managerial personnel to fulfill program objectives.
• Reviews reports to ensure progress toward objectives and adjusts methodology as needed.
• Prepares program reports for superiors; controls expenditures according to budget.
