Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations/manufacturing/engineering.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in proposals and/or budget management.
• Experience developing and maintaining data models and reporting tools.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and automate data models and reporting tools for Cost Account Management and progress-based payment documentation.
• Strengthen data integrity for invoicing and compliance.
• Consolidate data sources into actionable information to improve cycle time and accuracy for evidence collection.
• Manage and lead operations proposal activities and basis of estimates.
• Oversee tracking, ETC updates, and EAC generation.
• Monitor labor charges and support Program Work Authorization (PWA).
• Coordinate operations requirements for gate reviews and implement strategies in production.
• Support master scheduling and long-term planning to align with demand and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program efficiency and reduce financial/schedule risks.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to align on deliverables.
