Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Business Operations Manager 1 to partner with Program and Functional managers, located in Chandler, AZ, in a security-controlled area. The role focuses on financial, schedule, contractual, and proposal management to achieve business objectives.

The candidate will lead Contracts, Finance, and Scheduling teams, drive forecasting and cost control, and coordinate audits. US citizenship and ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline with 5 years of experience.
• Ability to lead teams and develop talent.
• Experience with cost and schedule control, program budgeting and EVMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for a team of Business Operations functions (Contracts, Finance, Scheduling).
• Manage financial analysis and reporting for program status to management.
• Oversee forecasting, work authorization, EV reporting, budgeting, and estimates at complete.
• Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and reports to ensure contracts meet cost/schedule targets.
• Manage financial risks and opportunities across multiple contract types.
• Assist with Proposal activities and support Business Development on new contracts.
• Support internal and external audits as applicable.
• Lead a diverse team and foster professional development within ethics and integrity.
• Maintain high quality, compliance, and internal controls.
