Job summary

STAHL Companies seeks a Program Manager to lead the NSWC Indian Head program in MD under contract. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring contract requirements and performance objectives are met.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 10+ years in program leadership, and an active SECRET clearance. You will liaison with government stakeholders and implement PM best practices. Position is contingent upon award.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, Technical, or Business Management discipline.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in programs with multiple PWS task areas.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for program execution, ensuring contract requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are met or exceeded.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across all PWS task areas.
• Lead integration and coordination of technical and operational activities to align with contract scope and objectives.
• Manage large-scale government program operations with adherence to compliance, quality standards, timelines, and budget.
• Serve as primary liaison between the contractor team and Government stakeholders with regular updates and reports.
• Establish and implement program management processes, tools, and best practices to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Supervise and evaluate personnel to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program goals.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies related to cost, schedule, performance, or technical execution.
• Ensure all deliverables and services meet contract requirements and quality standards.
• Support business development and transition activities including staffing, onboarding, and knowledge transfer.
