Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or CS; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years leading DoD/Navy program or project management.
• Experience with large IT/engineering efforts and NIWC/NAVWAR exposure.
• Experience with enterprise data centers, RDT&E, and DevSecOps pipelines.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent required; DAWIA PM preferred; cybersecurity certs a plus.
• Active Secret or higher clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership across systems engineering, software, and network operations.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance per contract and CDRL.
• Coordinate with KO/COR and government stakeholders.
• Oversee DoN enterprise data centers and DevSecOps transition activities.
• Ensure RMF compliance, cybersecurity posture, and continuous monitoring.
