Provide overall leadership and accountability for program execution, ensuring all contract requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are consistently met or exceeded. Oversee daily program operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across all assigned PWS task areas, while leading the integration and coordination of technical and operational activities to align with mission objectives and organizational priorities. Manage large-scale government program efforts with strict adherence to compliance standards, quality requirements, timelines, and budget constraints, and serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and government stakeholders through regular updates and reporting. Establish effective program management processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks, while supervising, mentoring, and evaluating personnel to ensure optimal performance and alignment with program goals. Continuously monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensure all deliverables meet technical and quality standards, and support business development and transition activities such as staffing, onboarding, and knowledge transfer as needed.
