Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Program Manager to lead the INSCOM custodial contract at Fort Belvoir. You will oversee operations, staffing, training, quality control, and compliance across four buildings with TS/SCI security requirements.

This role drives start-up, transition, and ongoing readiness with a focus on mission-aligned performance. You will coordinate with HR, Security, IT, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to the PWS, SOPs, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Minimum two years of custodial/services management experience, preferably in federal/military environments.
• Experience overseeing quality, staffing, and customer-facing performance in complex facilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as government/customer-facing point of contact for contract matters and communicate with designated representatives.
• Direct and manage custodial operations, staffing, resources, and schedules to ensure contract compliance and continuous service.
• Lead quality control program implementation, corrective actions, and performance monitoring to maintain standards.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and readiness across day/evening/project work windows.
