Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Program Manager for the INSCOM custodial contract at Fort Belvoir. You will lead all custodial operations, staffing, training, and quality assurance to meet security and performance requirements under the PWS.

You will coordinate with HR, Security, IT, and subcontractors, ensure compliance with TS/SCI access, and drive corrective actions and readiness across multiple buildings, including controlled-access environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required; ability to meet all related requirements.
• Two years of custodial or facilities management leadership in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all custodial operations, staffing, and workflows per contract.
• Lead quality control, corrective actions, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, labor deployment, and supervision across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with access, OPSEC, SCIF, and safety requirements for federal/classified work.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and readiness activities; escalate as needed.
