Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking an Integrated Planning & Control Planner to coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics to ensure program objectives and customer requirements are met.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and material management teams to balance resources and mitigate risks. You will analyze demand, develop integrated schedules, monitor inventory levels, and support on-time delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain or related functions.
Experience in Aerospace/Aviation Production Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing or Simulation environment preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience with MRP and ERP systems.
Must comply with DFAR, MMAS, and AS9100 compliance.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Flexibility for overtime and adjusting hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate material planning, production planning, and contractual logistics to align with program and customer requirements.
Develop integrated schedules and manage program inventory levels.
Balance resources across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and material management teams.
Monitor progress to keep plans on track and control costs.
Expedite shipments and manage documentation for items shipped.
Communicate status of hardware, material availability, and potential production problems to program management.
Ensure compliance with MMAS/DFAR within CAE USA.
