The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with six years of experience, deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, and hands-on experience with tools like OpenText NOM, Nagios, PRTG, and Wireshark. You will document configurations and work with IT staff to meet inventory needs.
