Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with six years of experience.
Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.
Experience with OpenText NOM, Nagios, PRTG Network Monitor, Wireshark.
Ability to document networks with diagrams and policies.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and patch network monitoring and management tools.
Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and manage alerts.
Set up and manage alerts for network anomalies, ensuring a timely response.
Ensure that all changes to the network inventory are accurately recorded and updated in real‑time.
Work closely with network engineers, IT support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure network inventory needs are met.
