Job summary

CSG, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support highly secure, datacenter-grade networks at Fort Meade.

The role requires designing and maintaining network architectures, implementing TCP/IP, routing, switching, and advanced security controls in a DoD environment with TS/SCI clearance. You will work with Cisco/Juniper gear, VPN/IPsec, load balancers, and virtualization technologies, participate in on-call rotations, and document tasks in Remedy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of network engineering experience.
• Datacenter network design and Cisco equipment experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support with system-level design, enterprise security and virtualization.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, load balancers and security devices.
• Maintain TCP/IP and routing/switching protocols.
• Support on-call and incident tracking via Remedy.
• Work in live call environment and respond to tasks promptly.
