Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Strategy (MicroStrategy) professional with a TS clearance to lead BI development and architecture across client engagements. The role blends analyst, developer, and architect duties within a Scrum team, delivering metadata, reports, and dashboards in Strategy.

Strong emphasis on client interaction, design sessions, and cross-functional collaboration is expected. You will guide platform capabilities, work with Strategy Workstation, and apply SQL for data profiling and

Qualifications

• Active US government top secret clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years in BI development with Strategy (MicroStrategy), including SDK and RestAPI (mstrio-Py).
• Serve as Strategy SME, guiding architecture and identifying efficiencies across platform capabilities.
• Experience with Strategy Workstation, including dynamic dossiers, report development, and project design.
• Experience with Strategy schema definition, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience reviewing and enhancing logical and physical database designs, including relational structures, dimensional data modeling, and data warehousing.
• Experience developing application objects, including metrics, templates, and filters.
• Experience with client-server and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience using SQL to profile, test, and report data.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and document client BI needs.
• Determine which Strategy functionality best supports short- and long-term goals.
• Build metadata objects, reports, and dashboards using the latest version of Strategy.
• Act as client liaison during ad hoc demonstrations and design sessions.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and develop Strategy products within a Scrum team.
• Balance analyst, developer, and architect responsibilities across client engagements.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems with clients and teammates.
