Job summary

Fusion Technology in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior MicroStrategy Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain MicroStrategy-based reporting solutions for a Federal Law Enforcement client.

You will apply deep hands-on experience with MicroStrategy, dashboards, schema design, security administration, and SQL to deliver scalable BI solutions, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical approaches and delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with experience in MicroStrategy Development and BI

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, metrics, templates, filters, and application objects.
• Design, implement, and maintain MicroStrategy schema objects and supporting architecture.
• Review and optimize logical and physical database designs for BI performance.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical approach development.
• Apply SQL, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing expertise to solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot platform, reporting, and data issues across client-server environment.
• Mentor junior colleagues in delivery of BI solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with client counterparts and coordinate with the team.
