Job summary

GRVTY is seeking experienced BI professionals to design, implement, and optimize Strategy-based solutions for federal clients in Washington, DC. The role blends analyst, developer, and architect duties, translating client needs into metadata, reports, and dashboards with the latest Strategy tools.

You will work in a Scrum team, support demonstrations, and guide architectural decisions across Mosaic, HyperIntelligence cards, and related capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active US government top secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting BI applications, specifically Strategy (MicroStrategy).
• Experience as Strategy SME guiding architecture and efficiencies across platform capabilities (Mosaic, HyperIntelligence cards).
• Experience with Strategy Workstation including dossiers, report development, and project design.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and document client BI needs.
• Determine Strategy functionality to support goals.
• Build metadata objects, reports, and dashboards using the latest Strategy.
• Serve as client liaison during demonstrations and design sessions.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and develop Strategy products within a Scrum team.
• Balance analyst, developer, and architect responsibilities across engagements.
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
