Qualifications

• Requires an Associates Degree in engineering or science; a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
• Two years of technical schooling may substitute for the degree requirement.
• High school diploma plus two years of technical schooling is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Document work using handwritten form or computer software.
• Perform scientific experiments and tests with complex lab equipment.
• Apply analytic and test experience in acceptance procedures.
• Program computer-controlled automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Provide focused training to grow skills as needed.
• Mentor or supervise junior technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
