Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Knowledge Manager to support a federal government client. This role requires coordinating knowledge management activities, maintaining J2 SharePoint assets, and developing an information repository to improve data discoverability and dissemination.

The position is contingent on contract award and requires TS/SCI with CI poly or the ability to obtain clearance; Huntsville, AL on-site work is expected with a focus on collaboration across DoD and IC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the labor category, with at least part in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Produces and manages J26 Standard Operating Procedures; update SharePoint content within the J2.
• Maintains J2 websites (public-facing and internal), assists in the J2 Workflow calendar, and accomplishes Records Management.
• Develops, builds, and maintains an IG data repository—network/file structure—with input from IG personnel.
• Performs knowledge management to ensure discoverability, fusion, and dissemination of data, intelligence, reports, and products.
• Participates in knowledge management working groups and provides recommendations to governance and stakeholders.
