Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of three months custodial experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive around site.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and general facility maintenance.
• Buff, steam clean, vacuum, sweep, mop, and wax floors as needed.
• Clean restrooms, windows, walls, and stairways per supervisor instructions.
• Operate forklifts and cleaning equipment; climb ladders when required.
• Maintain clean rooms to government or required specifications.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and keep the work area organized.
