Job summary

TekSynap seeks a Computer Operator to support DLA Enterprise Service Delivery in Battle Creek, MI. You will assist in operating and testing integrated systems, manage tickets, and collaborate with team leads in a government contracting environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity, and possession of one of the listed security certifications. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Active multiple IT security certifications from the list above.
• Must have valid state driver's license, personal vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing technical operation and testing of integrated computer-based systems.
• Prioritize and manage workload of assigned tickets.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership in a team environment.
• Transition between daily operations and project actions as needed.
• Follow guidance and SOPs provided by contract and government leadership.
• Adapt to new policies in a dynamic technical landscape.
• Operate hardware, software, and mass storage components.
• Work under supervision to install and maintain operating systems and automation software.
