Job summary

CompTech is seeking a qualified Computer Operator to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role requires an active Secret Security Clearance and involves assisting in the operation and testing of integrated systems in a supervised setting.

Responsibilities include handling service tickets, maintaining SOP adherence, and occasional local travel. Relevant certifications like Security+ CE are preferred and may be obtained upon hire.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• One year of Help Desk or Deskside Support experience.
• DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III - may be obtained upon hire.
• Security+ CE is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership in a team-focused environment.
• Prioritize and manage a diverse workload of service tickets.
• Operate in a dynamic technical environment and follow SOPs.
• Assist in operating hardware, software, storage and related systems.
• Perform duties as required by contract and government leadership.
