Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Specialist/Logistician in Annapolis, MD to manage hardware, software, and services across a distributed system. You will coordinate with Infrastructure, System Test, and Software teams to identify procurement requirements and track material movement throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with quotes and licenses, and willingness to travel within the United States. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BA with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Excel with formulas proficiency.
• Experience researching parts and configurations.
• Experience with quotes, warranties, maintenance, licenses.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Willing to travel CONUS up to 1-2 trips annually and local travel.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Procure software licenses and hardware assets through the full lifecycle.
• Track hardware warranties and software maintenance to prevent lapses.
• Monitor multiple ticket queues and respond within established timelines.
• Support multiple Technical Task Orders and update Bills of Materials.
• Maintain hardware inventory reports and databases.
