Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support mission-critical facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and operation of complex HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, VAVs, and BAS, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Applicants should have at least 6 years of experience and a high school diploma or GED, with HVAC training preferred. A government security clearance is required or eligibility to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience working with complex HVAC systems and equipment including chillers, boilers, VAV systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; must meet eligibility for security clearance.
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize HVAC equipment and systems across critical facilities.
• Monitor and operate building automation systems (BAS) and related controls.
• Maintain logs of equipment operation and performance; perform preventive maintenance and emergency response as needed.
