Job summary

RTX is seeking a Government Property Asset Specialist to manage asset lifecycles, collaborate with DCMA, suppliers, and internal teams, and drive efficient, compliant processes. The role emphasizes training delivery and proactive improvement to support diverse programs.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent experience, a Secret clearance, and experience with FAR compliance and property systems. Onsite work in the US with RTX benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience in government property and FAR compliance areas.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application; Top Secret eligibility possible.
• National Property Management Association CPPS certification or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Experience with Special Program Access, cPDM, and property systems (e.g., SPS).
• Experience with Office 365, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cost accounting standards, disclosure statements, and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for asset management, including Special Test Equipment and Material.
• Deliver training and awareness materials to diverse audiences.
• Support audits and continuous improvement across the property organization.
• Collaborate with DCMA and internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and audit protocols.
