Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a COMSEC manager to support a DoD-focused environment in Tewksbury and nearby facilities. The role involves maintaining COMSEC accounts, handling encryption keys, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will work with COMSEC users, program teams, and government reps to ensure continuous support.

Requires a DoD Top Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and prior COMSEC experience. The position includes benefits and a strong focus on secure communications equipment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 3+ years.
• Experience with NISPOM and how COMSEC contributes to business success.
• Experience with NSA CSSM Policy 3-16 and its references.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the COMSEC account and related records.
• Prepare shipment, order and receipt of COMSEC equipment and encryption keys.
• Track supersession dates and submit accurate accounting reports.
• Perform software upgrades to COMSEC equipment.
• Conduct inventories, validations, and incident reporting/investigation.
• Travel locally to other locations as necessary.
