Job summary

Ideal candidates have 4+ years FPGA/firmware experience, an active security clearance, and strong RTL skills with Vivado.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FPGA/firmware engineering experience.
• Active security clearance (Secret or above).
• Hands-on AMD Xilinx FPGA development experience using Vivado.
• Strong RTL design skills in VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Experience writing and debugging XDC timing constraints and driving timing closure.
• Experience with Tcl/Python scripting; Linux-based development and version control.
• Ability to read schematics and collaborate with hardware and software teams.
• Strong lab debug and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify FPGA logic on AMD Xilinx devices (Zynq UltraScale+, Kintex, Versal).
• Create routing and timing constraints, close timing across PVT corners, and resolve timing violations.
• Support board-level bring-up and lab debugging with Vivado tools, oscilloscope, and logic analyzers.
• Participate in the full firmware lifecycle from requirements to release support.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to reviews and documentation.
