Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Project Manager for Joint Base Andrews. The role supports DoD projects requiring an Active Secret Clearance and CompTIA Sec+ CE certification.

You will plan, coordinate, and manage small to medium projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while engaging cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include creating PM plans, maintaining dashboards, and delivering status updates to leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 2+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Solid understanding of Project Management and PMO functions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and external networks.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage small and medium projects.
• Integrate all functions to meet client requirements.
• Present project information to customers and leadership.
• Create project management plans and ensure plans follow organizational procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure requirements are gathered, documented and approved.
