Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Data Specialist in Miami, FL with hybrid/remote work options and a focus on processing government data using LAW. You will load large data volumes, run exports for productions, and ensure QC on loads and exports to support discovery and document processing.

The role requires hands-on data handling, proficiency with Relativity, and the ability to train other Data Specialists while coordinating with Case Managers and IT. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Modify load files and perform quality control on loaded data quickly and accurately.
• Assist with creating and updating document processing procedures as needed.
• Run multiple load streams simultaneously.
• Perform native file processing in LAW.
• Export data from Relativity to create load files for other platforms.
• Performs data conversion processing and file manipulation requests.
• Provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists as needed.
• Discuss data inconsistencies with Project Manager clearly.

Responsibilities

• Load data and QC loaded data for accuracy.
• Create/update document processing procedures as needed.
• Run multiple load streams concurrently and monitor loads.
• Perform native file processing in LAW and export data from Relativity.
• Produce data exports for productions and perform QC on files and overlays.
• Convert various document types and handle format conversions.
• Train other Data Specialists and assist in data-related calls as needed.
• Verify counts in Save Searches and image redactions prior to exports.
