Job summary

CGS is seeking a Data Specialist to support government data processing initiatives. The role involves loading large data volumes, quality control, and exporting data for productions, while ensuring accuracy across Relativity and LAW platforms.

The candidate will assist in developing procedures, run multiple load streams, and provide training to peers. Collaboration with Case Managers and IT is essential to manage data loads and formats effectively.

Qualifications

• Modify load files and perform quality control on loaded data.
• Assist with creating and updating document processing procedures as needed.
• Run multiple load streams simultaneously.
• Perform native file processing in LAW.
• Export data from Relativity to create load files for production.
• Data conversion processing for various document types.
• Special format data conversions and file manipulation requests.
• Quality control on load files and Relativity data loads/exports.
• Create data exports for productions and perform quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training to other Data Specialists as needed.
• Discuss data inconsistencies with Project Manager.
• Assist on calls regarding data load file formats or encryption software with Case Manager and IT staff.
