Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC in El Paso, TX, seeks a cleared Construction Surveillance Technician to support a sensitive contract. The CST conducts security inspections, reports deviations, and enforces access control and CSP requirements.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, maintaining CST staff records, coordinating with SSM and contractors, and helping develop SOPs per ICD 705. Must hold TS/SCI and CST training with proven experience on ICD/ICS 705 projects.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Minimum 3 years of documented Secure Area construction security experience
• Minimum 1 year of Secure Area construction security surveillance experience
• Documented CST experience on ICD/ICS 705 construction security projects
• Familiar with the sixteen standard divisions of construction and knowledge of technical listening devices
• Proof of 40+ hours CST formal training with transcripts or certificate
• Expert understanding of ICD/ICS 705(series) demonstrated by two ICD-705 projects

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments as directed by SSO/AO
• Report variations/deviations to ICD/ICS 705 to SSM
• Conduct security inspections to ensure CSP compliance
• Document security violations and notify SSM
• Ensure access control policies/procedures are implemented
• Maintain access roster for uncleared personnel and include in SCIF package
• Recommend/implement procedures to deter unauthorized site access
• Maintain CST staff documentation records
• Coordinate with SSM and contractor schedules to meet security and site requirements
• Assist in SOP development for SSM duties per CSP/ICD 705
• Conduct inspections using SSM documents/procedures for materials, work, tools, personnel, and personal items
• Assist in developing Fixed Facility and TEMPEST Checklists and compile documentation
• Observe and report on Sound Transmission Class and IEEE-299 testing
• Perform other CST-related tasks as needed
