Job summary

IDS International's National Security Services team is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) for a site in Fairfield, CA. In this role you will manage site access, monitor construction activity, and document security findings to ensure regulatory compliance.

The CST works on active construction sites within a cleared environment, requires TS/SCI with CI-Poly, and US citizenship. You will produce daily reports, coordinate with the PM and site leadership, and support security

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI-Poly is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Age 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Control access to the construction site.
• Screen and escort personnel, materials, and tools.
• Monitor construction workers and activities during shifts.
• Maintain communication with the Program Manager and site lead.
• Submit daily reports and photographs documenting progress.
• Track and report status of security inspection milestones.
• Produce daily logs of all activities and events.
• Report security incidents and anomalies to the SSM.
• Conduct inspections and provide inspection reports with photographic documentation.
