Job summary

The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is stationed at a high-profile client site to monitor both cleared and un-cleared personnel and to prevent clandestine eavesdropping devices or unauthorized building materials during all phases of construction.

The position requires strong attention to safety, the ability to read blueprints, and the habit of documenting findings in daily logs, with duties including screening equipment and operating

Qualifications

• U.S Citizenship preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and other required clearances

Responsibilities

• Monitor, observe, and interact with construction workers to preclude hostile surveillance devices.
• Screen equipment, materials, and furnishings destined for use in the controlled area using X-ray and other approved methods.
• Operate inspection equipment as required by procedures.
• Read and analyze designs and blueprints to understand architect’s intent.
• Write detailed reports in English and maintain daily logs.
