Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to join our HQDA G-3/5/7 support team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. The role includes ECOP administration, database management, and ongoing user support for a government contract.

The candidate will coordinate with Army leaders, draft EXSUMs/minutes, provide Tier I/II technical assistance, and ensure compliance with DoD lifecycle processes and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of HQDA/Joint staff experience, including customer service.
• Experience with customer service databases is required.
• Proficiency with AST or similar database and familiarity with database entry.

Responsibilities

• Administer ECOP application and database; control access and ensure timely suspenses.
• Provide support for user permissions, respond to help desk requests, and document modernization actions.
• Produce periodic ECOP status reports and assist with EXSUMs, minutes, and strategic documents.
