Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in IT portfolio management, enterprise integration, governance and risk analysis, knowledge management, platform operations or cyber/compliance.
• Active Secret Clearance required and maintained at all times.
• Working knowledge of IA policies and procedures, including NIST standards, RMF, FISMA compliance, and related privacy safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of IT portfolios and validate maintenance of system records in federal portfolio management systems.
• Develop and validate DoDAF architecture products (e.g., OV-1, SV-1, AV-1) and perform gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be states using tools like Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Perform governance and risk analysis aligning IM/IT requirements with JCIDS documentation, identifying compliance gaps and recommendations.
• Maintain and update Knowledge Management resources, metadata, and knowledge articles.
• Provide platform operations support to keep systems functional, current, and compliant.
• Support cyber and compliance activities, including RMF A&A packages and Enterprise Privacy Inspection Reports per DoD 5400.11-R.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government leads, program management, and subcontractors to meet deliverables.
• Track POA&Ms and coordinate remediation efforts.
