Job summary

SAIC seeks a Cloud Systems Engineer to design and manage core cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Azure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of IT experience; additional 4 years may substitute.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with US Citizenship.
• 3+ years AWS/Azure design, deployment, and optimization.
• Proven Windows Server management and top-tier security practices.
• DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
• DoW 8140 compliance under Work Role Code 451.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer AWS and Azure cloud environments with provisioning, config, and security.
• Design and implement highly available, multi-region Azure solutions.
• Migrate on-premises services to cloud-based solutions.
• Develop IaC to automate deployments.
• Provide Tier 3 support and incident resolution.
• Mentor Cloud Administrators and participate in design reviews.
