Job summary

TRDI Incorporated at Holloman Air Force Base is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Worker to join our dining team. You will prepare, portion, and serve food according to established procedures and menu requirements, while maintaining sanitation and safety standards on a busy base facility.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to food safety guidelines, with a varied schedule and opportunities to support base personnel and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience with food preparation, serving, sanitation, and dishwashing.
• Ability to follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve food items according to established procedures and menu requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, and other kitchen items as needed
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures
• Stock food, supplies, condiments, and serving areas to support daily operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply inventory
• Provide courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors
• Remove trash and keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
