Qualifications

• Must have high school education or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in a commercial food service environment.
• Must have ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and product directions.
• Operates kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, and prepare food.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment and workstations according to safety standards.
• Sets up stations and stocks service areas with food and utensils.
• Interacts with customers in serving areas and assists with containers.
