Job summary

TRDI at Holloman Air Force Base is seeking a Full-Time Food Service Worker with experience in food preparation, serving, sanitation, and customer service. The role requires following food safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and obtaining a security clearance.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving items, maintaining sanitation, washing dishes, stocking and rotating inventory, and delivering courteous service to customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service operations including preparation, serving and sanitation.
• Ability to follow food safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Commitment to customer service and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, and serve food items according to established procedures and menu requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, and other kitchen items as needed
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures
• Stock food, supplies, condiments, and serving areas to support daily operations
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supply inventory
• Provide courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors
• Remove trash and keep kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and safe
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager
