Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance and CAC eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or software development.
• Experience using Python, SQL or R for data prep, scripting, automation, or analysis.
• Experience with Excel and at least one BI platform (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience cleaning, validating, and transforming structured datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with senior analysts and government staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, and transform data for DoD analytics.
• Develop Python, SQL, and R scripts to automate recurring data tasks.
• Execute analytical models and assist with predictive analytics.
• Develop dashboards and visualization products using Power BI/Tableau.
• Support reusable data pipelines and automated workflows to improve efficiency.
• Perform data quality checks and maintain enterprise data standards.
